Booking

The booking is valid upon receipt of a written reservation and after confirmation from the accommodation and payment of a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay.

 

The credit card number and its expiry date must be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation

Cancellation free of charge is possible if the written cancellation is received up to 60 days before the agreed arrival date. In this case, the deposit of 30% will be refunded or not charged. 

 

For cancellations received between the 59th day and the 30th day before the arrival date, the deposit of 30 % of the total amount of the stay will be retained.

 

If the cancellation is made in the 30 days prior to arrival, an additional 40 % of the price of the stay will be charged to the credit card as cancellation fee. 

 

In case of no-show, the total amount will be charged to the credit card.

Pets

Dogs are welcome and are subject to an additional charge of 9 € per day. 

Dogs may not sleep in the beds or on the sofa or armchairs. The dog owner is liable for any damages.

Local tax

The visitor's tax of € 2,00 is charged per night and per person for all guests over  the age of 14. The tax is not included in the price and will be collected directly on departure.

preferably between 5:00 - 10:00 PM

Check-in is possible at other times. In this event you will be given the secret number of the key box so that you can move into the apartment on your own.

Departure

On the day of departure, you are requested to leave the accommodation by 10:00 AM.

Important notice

No bachelor parties or other celebrations are allowed in this accommodation.
